Draft Itineraries is a web product designed to centralize key information for NBA prospects. Back for a second year, Draft Itineraries integrated stakeholder feedback from year 1 to address challenges like fluctuating schedules, varied accommodations, and complex flight details. To enhance usability, we made it CMS-friendly, allowing Front Office members to customize schedules or select predefined options. Design refinements prioritized clarity, such as collapsing return flights to emphasize incoming routes and layovers. These improvements ensured that the itineraries were both flexible and easy to manage, offering a streamlined experience for players, agents and Front Office team members.
