Launched in 2023, the TFC Women in Soccer Fellowship is a collaborative initiative between Toronto FC and BMO, offering one woman a year the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of Toronto FC’s business and set herself up to become a future sport leader. The website features a horizontal scrolling layout, intentionally designed to reflect the unconventional nature of the program and symbolize the breaking of traditional norms. The digital identity reinterprets core TFC brand elements in disruptive ways while highlighting the women currently shaping the organization, emphasizing the importance of diversity and leadership in sports.
